Fussy Eating is when someone (usually a toddler) refuses to try a new food at least 50% of the time. This means pretty much most toddlers go through a phase of fussy eating at least one point in time.

Dietitians can help parents of fussy eaters by:

  • discussing strategies for introducing new foods
  • discussing the child’s daily nutritional requirements
  • ensuring a child’s diet is nourishing despite limited food choices.

If you would like to book an appointment with a Dietitian then Search for a Dietitian in your area.
