Also known as ME (Myalgic Encephalomyelitis), CFS is a complex condition involving many systems of the body. The most common symptom is extreme tiredness. This can be accompanied by many other symptoms like pain, sleep problems, food intolerances and recurrent illnesses.
Can diet help?
For some people, dietary modification can help with managing food intolerance symptoms and for some people it helps in maintaining adequate energy intake.
If you have CFS and would like to see a Dietitian, then search for a Dietitian in your area to make an appointment.
